Developed network of 132 mayors and governors in Mindanao and Visayas regions. Former Staff Sergeant in U.S. Army, holds BS in Business Administration and Risk Management from UC Berkeley.

Wadan Rainer – Chief Operating Officer
Over twenty years of experience in sustainability, energy efficiency, and renewable energy. Founded Energywise in 2007, completing numerous commercial projects for government agencies, NGOs, and large organizations in Australia. Co-founded Community Power, developing Solar PV, energy efficiency, and ICT-related power projects in the Philippines.

Sid Roberts – Chief Connectivity Officer
Over 40 years in telecommunications, including 20 years in wireless. Former Microsoft leader managing Azure for Operators 5G solutions and directing the Airband Initiative, which delivered affordable internet to over 43 million people worldwide. Previous roles at AT&T Wireless leading radio access engineering internationally.
